Roof Maintenance

I have a new Sunseeker 3010 and am wondering what folks with Sunseekers are doing for roof maintenance. I've seen some threads where people are waxing fiberglass roofs. This one looked ( but I didn't feel it) rough. It is also white. Let me know your thoughts.

I washed my trailers TPO roof and my fiberglass roof with water and a soft brush with a long handle.
I use Spic-N-Span liquid. It also was great cleaning the awning

If it is a tpo roof look in the files section there is a nice write up on cleaning and maintenance.
Files section upper left hand of web page.

You are correct, according to the specs, fiberglass roof. Since you said color is white, and looks rough, I wonder if it has a coating on similar to "kool-seal" that is used on mobile home roofs. That stuff has fiber strands in it for strength, and leave a rough texture. Might have to contact the factory to know for sure.

The fiberglass roof is made with a texture (rough) so it is not slippery should you have to get up there. I don't think it would be a good idea to wax it. I just spray mine off and occasionally wash it with standard car wash soap which has some "wax " in it.
