RV fiberglass roof maintenance

Hello and thank you for taking your time to read my post.
I'm sure if I kept searching I might find the answer but I'm just going to ask everyone instead. My 2013 Sunseeker has a fiberglass roof I've noticed a small amount of moisture in the compartment of the upper bond above the driver Seat. My question is can I use Dicor caulk on a fiberglass roof?

If not what kind do I use on the roof and what kind do I use around the windows and taillights?

I have used the dicor on the fiberglass roof and to reseal the trim and tail lights. Self leveling on the roof and non leveling on the other areas.
We have a Sunseeker 3010DS
