schwintek slide rebuild

This question is more for bclemens but as he says post on forum so everyone can learn. I have a 3170 manufacture date of 3-20-2010 currently rebuilding the bedroom slide. what I want to know is are there any updates to the slide system that I need to take into consideration as I do this and if there is who do I get that info from?

Rollers underneath. Not sure the qty, but I know we have them there. Might have added some.

I can see one roller placed approximately between the bunks and the wardrobe but if they have determined that they have added more I would like to do that . Trying to decide if I need to take the room completely out or not as the rest of the work can be done with the slide still installed. Any chance of finding out how many rollers they now use?

I have a 3170 with a manufacture date close to that. My project this spring is to fix the slide, 1 motor has stopped working completely. On our last 2 trips last year my son and I manually pushed the slide in/out while my wife operated the switch from the inside. The side with the dead motor freely slides in and out.

How do I access both motors on this bedroom slide?

Thanks for the replies.
