I got a hold of Travis in Warranty, I'll PM you his email address. He wants you to send you pictures of the dip in the mattress.

I had a mattress in our home once that was sagging real bad in the middle. They pulled a string tight across the mattress to measure the sag. You might use the same method when you take the picture.. Just a thought...

We had the upgraded mattress in our 2012 2300 and really loved it. No problem with dips or sags, It was the subject of much debate when we bought our 2700DS.

I too have the upgraded Serta mattress in my 2014 3050. Spent about 40 nights in it now and it too is like 'sleeping in a hole'. The mattress is comfortable but when you wake up in the HOLE, it isn't anymore.

I'm past warranty so any news would be appreciated. Thanks
