IF they did any research they would also have a "Conversion Kit" (sold separately of course) that includes a 5" access port with instructions on how to convert an old 4" one. (Or we can mention that on their forum)

I just bought an aftermarket wall bracket for an LED TV...and low and behold it came with several sizes of bolts and spacers to accommodate a wide range of TV's.

But just to reiterate, we have requested a mold change for the roto-cast boxes, I believe that is done or close to done and we just need to use up current stock. In the meantime you are free to use any of the remedies mentioned in this post.
Ty!

Regarding the 2 foot extension, where can I purchase it? My dealer doesn't know anything about it.

Thx...

You know, if FR didn't supply a cheap hose to begin with, I never would have replaced it. I only bought my RV last year in the Fall. The connections aren't very good so that's why I bought the Rhino. Even the salesman suggested I buy a better sewer hose before I left the lot. That's not very reassuring.

Forest River (at least on Class C's) does not supply the sewer hose. That may have been a kit your dealer put in.

My mistake. But wouldn't that be a good idea for FR to supply our basic needs with a better product when making such a big purchase to begin with? Just saying...

I have a 2011 Solera and where the sewer hose goes through the bottom there is a white cover plate (it's correct name is floor plate) and the center part screws out so you can put the hose through. I took the six screws out that hold the floor plate and removed the plate. There's a plenty big hole underneath that you can put most any sewer hose through. When done, I just slide the plate back over the hole without replacing the screws. It's not going anywhere......Really simple...
hope this helps

i don't think hoses supplied by any manufacturer unless it's a macerator

We've tested a few with a rental company and none have really met our expectations. We tested the Rhino for a year, but the seals were foam instead of rubber and if they get misaligned they compress and leak. They were switching to rubber seals and making a few modifications, but they did not make it in time for this years test run. We're testing the Valterra Viper now...won't know the results until the fall. I'll let you know how it goes.
