sewer outlet connection next to city water inlet

Newbie here. What is the Sewer Outlet Connection next to the city water connection? Looks like a garden hose attaches to it??

That is your black tank flush connection.

What gave you the clue it's a Sewer Outlet Connection? I ask about clues since sometimes things are mislabeled.
I'm fairly sure it's your black tank flush connection - meaning it's a water INLET for flushing your black tank.

Verify it, hook up a water hose, open and drain your black tank, leave the black tank valve open turn on the water. You should see or here water running out the drain hose. Two cents...

As stated previously, it's likely a black tank flush if accepts a garden hose. Hook a hose to it (not one you would use for good water) and open your black tank to confirm.

CAUTION: Be certain the black tank is empty before you open the valve, otherwise you might have a mess to clean up!

If you look at the OP's profile, it says a 2006 Sunseeker.
