Should I use Eternabond along perimeter of the roof

Is there any reason not to use Eternabond tape along the entire perimeter of the roof of my Sunseeker like in the video below? I am thinking about doing this where the roof meets the sidewalls and front cap. It would seem like doing this would almost eliminate the chance for leaks. I am not thinking about doing it at the skylights and such, I can just keep up on the lap sealant for those. Is there any downside to doing this?

Aside from the cost I see no downside to this.

Surface prep is key.

Start with the back then the sides with the front last.

Be sure to use a roller at least on the front strip of EB.
