It use's less water, and is a stronger spray. It will mix air and water together is how it works, you get a good shower with half the water usage. That is my understanding we are very happy with the switch. It feels like twice the water coming out, well worth the money

I am very pleased how so many FR members commented on a relatively simple question. It seems the solution is a less restrictive water filter and oxy shower head. The shower head was added and improved the shower greatly. Now the replace that filter.

Ordered the oxygenics shower head also. Should arrive today. Hoping it helps with shampooing. In desperation I used hand soap to wash my hair last trip out...less foaming to try to rinse out but...well...I'm sure the ladies here understand.

Honestly it is a bit hard to believe. I get the same or better water pressure from the Oxygenics TT shower head that I do from my house shower on city water. If you don't use the RV shower much, save your money. We camp for a week at Acadia, ME & my DW makes me take one every day for some unknown reason .
