Slide stopped working

Arrived home from our 3rd trip in our new 3170 and our sofa slide would not work. Makes a strange sound and it does not move. We dropped it off at the local RV repair - hoping it will be fixed by the next week as we have another trip planned - the repairman said it depends on Forest River if they need a part. This is our 3rd RV - and we have never had a slide not work before. Very disappointed.

Hopefully its just a motor. They can drop those from below and reinstall without too much trouble.
