sliding battery tray for 2006 sunseeker

Has anyone built their own or bought and installed a sliding battery tray? I need one that would fit a 2006 3100SS

I have a 2004 3100SS and have been looking for a sliding battery tray. The trouble I'm having is that I really don't want to cut the side of my RV to accommodate the sliding tray. My existing battery compartment opening would need to be enlarged to handle the tray (and batteries).

I found a site that sells sliding battery trays (with specs) that may help you out, Fleming Sales - Trays

Let me know what you decide, I'd love to see what you do.

I agree, I've looked into it but I think you would need to move the whole set up to a different compartment. I'm not willing to chop up the side of the RV to accommodate a sliding tray. Although I have a really small electric wench and I have thought about making a tray that lowers.

I've had two Sunseekers that had sliding battery trays. I did not like them. I had trouble accessing the battery, you would think it would be easy but it wasn't. Now I've got "under the stairs" battery.
