I enjoyed a long trip to Ca and back in June/July. First time I wanted to use the sliding door for the master bedroom the track detached from the ceiling and the door fell off bottom supports. Has anyone else had this problem? I think it was not attached properly to begin with like the brackets for the ladder for the cab over bed. Didn't get appointment at dealer until august 3. I'm sure it's not covered by my warranty even though I have total care.
Same thing happened to me. The ceiling is hollow with no stud support. I added 2 wheels on the bottom of the door and removed the plastic guide bar. The wheels will keep the top bracket tight to the ceiling. Then I rescrewed it with some gorilla glue on the screw tips. Works reasonably well.

Same thing has recently happened to our door, too. I was thinking of adding wheels as you have done, what size wheels did you use?
