Slinky - part II

The slinky tube in on. You can see it in the album at

Forest River Forums - Hoglou's Album: Slinky

Tucks up out of the way, and you cannot see it from the back. It runs along the bigfoot support rod. It holds the flex tube with the end caps on, and the big orange sewer cone.

Consider a zip tie for the back end of the tube

I give this mod a 9.5/10. Deduct 1/2 point because I had to make a bracket.

Bought the Super Slider from D&W manufacturing and the two brackets ( one at six and one at ten inch I beleive) from tractor supply. Take a broom stick and imagine a diameter of six inches, then take a look under you coach for fitment options. I also added a steel back plates to each end of the plastic mounts (5 -1/4 center) by drilling two rafting (2x8) straps from Home Depot. Over kill, but once an eng'ner always a eng'ner... . The slider has the advantage of having the back mount at any length. I used 5/16 x 1 bolts and fiber lock nuts to secure everything...
