Small microphone by driver in Sunseeker 3040

I have a small microphone to the left on the driver's side. What is this for and how is it used? Is it connected to the radio system?

I have a small microphone on my steering column. It is to pick up your voice when using your phone in hands free mode. Needs to be connected via blue tooth to your vehichle.

I believe that is for your Bluetooth on your radio

I am curious about this, too. I suspect it is part of the factory Sony dash radio package in our 2019 Sunseeker 2860DS and facilitates hands free calling once you pair your cellphone. If I'm wrong, please let me know!
