"Snowing" inside RV

Anyone else had a problem with white powder from the air conditioning vents? The rv is almost a year old and the air has been used quite a bit, (Florida), but I still get it every time I turn it on. I know the duct work is styrofoam but I thought it would have cleared out by now. Any thoughts?

No white stuff here but the sawdust rains down whenever I move the trailer.
Little Dirt Devil earns it keep again.

I checked the light lens and some of them had sawdust in them again/still...

Ours is a '08 and we still get "snow" from the bedroom vent.

Uh-oh sounds like a live-with issue, the lady that cleans the rv (wife) is not going to be happy. Thanks for the replies.

Remove an end diffuser on each run (curb side & street side). Stick your iPhone or other smart phone in the opening with the light and camera on. Look down the duct for loose Styrofoam or better yet, chunks that were left behind and are churning in the airstream.
I had a small 1" size chunk found at our bedroom diffuser and a lot of loose stuff in the bathroom diffuser. Apparently from the cut-in of the skylight in the bathroom which also cut into the duct.

why don't you take a leave blower and blow down
the vent and pick up the stuff once and for all.
Or every couple months if it keeps falling
down. Our new 5er did that until I put a
stop to it. Good luck
