You're very welcome. There is a shift taking place at Forest River right now. I think you'll see a lot more of our employees become more accessible.

This info really helps us, also, as we want to take advantage of the new items when we time our order. Also, really hoping that the dual recliners become an option in place of sofa in the 3030S. I'm sure you will keep us all informed as things are added.
Thanks

Mr. Clemens! Would it be possible to order the couch in the 2650S in cloth? What would the choices be in cloth? We will order the Maple wood and Spice décor options. Would it blend with the non ultra leather cabin seats? Thanks Bud

Actually meant 3050S, not 3030S. I didn't mean to invent a new model....

Understood!! Mr. Clemens please disregard my question on the cloth option couch. We looked at photos on line and saw the dinette in cloth thinking it would be a solid color! Can a unit with the 15K BTU A/C IPO 13.5K A/C be converted to a heat pump? Can you describe what would be involved please! We may have found a unit!!

Actually yes. If you request it in fabric, it would actually be the "Valance Leg" NOT the patterned fabric.

As for converting to 15k, that would be up to the dealer. Should be possible as the opening is the same. Not sure about the wiring however. I think the heat pump T-stat has a few more wires.

Thank you! Here is what is confusing!! When I received the build sheet from dealer it showed #1635 - 15K BTU A/C IPO 13.5K BTU A/C. I called sales manager on this and he said it did not have heat pump but may be able to add heat strips. I am concerned with this. Your thoughts??

If the build sheet says 15k, then the dealer is probably confused. The only 15k that we build has the heat pump.

Would anyone like to comment on preferences between Sunseeker 2650S versus Forester 2651S? I know what the standard features and options are but is there any other differences in the coach, chassis, handling or ride?? Thanks BUd

same coach, no difference other than features. they are built on the same chassis down the same line.

Thank you Sir! After reading a few posts on the Forester it sounds like the FW drain is a little tough to get to compared to the Sunseeker. Has that design changed any?

same on both...if there is a difference it was probably model year based not brand based.

Owner stated he had to raise the bed platform to get to the drain where the Sunseeker was in a exterior compartment door??
