Fuse first, did it trip/blow?

Rig in park, Emergency brake on/off?

Neutral or park?

After ruling out breaker...

Is the system hydraulic? if so, fluid?

None of the breakers were tripped I'm definitely in park with the parking brake on.
Right rear keeps flashing on the control box however left rear is the one that is stuck down it also pushed into the Sand by 2 inches.
How can I manually release the pressure

You rig may have shifted some and put the ram in a bind.

I would dig under it to see if it releases.

You probably did. Try the emergency retract, if you have that control button.

Great!

If you can post a picture, someone here may be able to ID them for you.

ID tag may be molded on the side.

Take them with you, with luck someone at Walmart will be able to help you match them.

If there is a Walmart there might be a NAPA which would be a better option IMHO and worth the extra drive time.

If your SS3010 is newer and you are the frst owner I suspect yours are 12volt the grp 27 deep cell. Probably not the 6 volt golf cart type. Take one to walmart with you they probably will know.

Idaho beat me to it.

Thanks so much to everybody who took the time to respond to me everything worked out I got 2 new batteries just install them.
Yes they were 12 volt.
At the end of this I learned that hard to put jack down with dead batteries even harder and bring them back up

So the information might help someone else, would you mind posting what batteries you have in your unit and anything you think would help.
