Sunseeker 2250 water line debris

My Sunseeker 2250 toilet was no longer delivering water and the FR guys unhooked the supply line while I was at the rally and found debris in the toilet valve screen. Cleaned it out and was ok coming home. The next weekend plugged again. I got around to unhooking, cleaning and that lasted a day. The debris looks like little plastic pieces. Not from my water which is fine and I even use a filter when filling the tank. No other water outlets affected--kitchen sink, bath sink or shower. I theorize that it is construction debris which has worked its way to the lowest point. I'm thinking of unhooking the line again, opening the low point drain, then blowing out the line with air from the toilet supply line back through the low point drain. I also have a small nozzle I can fit on my water hose to backflush the line. Anyone else had the problem and, if so, does this fix sound reasonable or anyone with good ideas?
