Sunseeker 3010DS (2014] slideout leaks

With heavy rains recently I have found water accumulation on the floor at the bottom front of the living area slide out and small amounts of water at the bottom of the bedroom slideout on both sides of the slideout. The living area slideout was closed and the bedroom slideout was extended all the way out. Anyone else have experience with these leaks?

Only once did that happen on my 3010 ds but it was a result of bringing a very wet slide in and the water running down the side. It sounds like you may have a seal issue. However before going too far check that the rubber is not turned in some strange way that creates a gap. I have seen that happen before.

We had that issues on the dinette slide on our 3121 Forester, which was the above floor LCI. Leaked when it was in and out in the same location you mention. Sometimes on the aft end depending on the rain and which way the coach was sitting. Took it to factory, they completely redid the seals and added a better wiper seal on top. They rain tested it in their booth, and said all was good. Got it home, still puddles of water. I can only speculate how it was getting in, but take a look underneath the slide. Follow the end wall wipers down to that point. If water runs down the wiper and makes it underneath the slide, on ours, there was little to keep it from going on inside on the floor. Kind of hard to explain a fix as I don't have the thing to take pictures of what I intended to do. We never did fix it and sold it with the issue. The rear schwintek slide never did leak that I know of.

At least in Heaven, RVs will be perfect, and I won't have to keep fixing them.

Yes, we were camping in a bad storm and had to close the slide because the rain was coming in so much. Our guess is one of the seals was folded wrong. It's only happened the once and it's something we've now added to our setup list if rain is expected. Double check the seals around the slide after putting it out.
