Sunseeker 3010DS Problems

Picked up my Sunseeker 3010 DS at the end of September 2013. Have had two major repairs ( bedroom slide motor and AC unit is currently being replaced). Did anyone have major problems within the first month or I am I just the unlucky one.

Nothing major like that for 2 years of ownership now. Did find some issues that you might not notice unless you are looking to try and figure out how things work such as a plumbing installation error that caused the water filter to be bypassed on city water, a missing fuse in the battery cross tie and chassis charging circuit, improper installation of the anti sail stops on the slide toppers, and one of the two AC ducts to the bedroom area blocked by a big wad of masking tape. That was a pain to get to and remove and I have yet to get it all out.

We have had ours since March and have had only minor issues and a replaced fuel pump on the generator.
