Sunseeker Checklists

So we finally got our rig a couple days ago and are prepping for our first driveway camping before we hit the road. I'm looking to see if any of y'all have some checklists to share specifically for a 3170DS or sister model. Love our new home away from home and want to make sure we keep it in top shape. I've pulled some generic lists as well as started my own from the walkthrough, but if anyone out there would like to share on more specific to the Sunseeker I'd greatly appreciate it.

Here are some pics of our new unit.

Nice looking unit you will have a lot of good times in it we love our 2011 3170. Although there are not a lot of components specific to the 3170 these are some things I pay close attention to. Keep a close eye on the schwintec slide for the bunks learn how to lube it and also watch for screws coming loose on the gear racks. Learn how to set the null or zero setting on your bigfoot levelers one thing I always do is I get within 3/4 to 1/2 a bubble from level by driving up on boards before I push the auto level button and have never had a problem with the system bringing tires off the ground. Run your generator under load often and follow the recommended service procedures . Generators are one thing that if you don't use them on a regular basis they wont work when you need them to. Happy camping and I will say it again that is a nice looking unit

Thank you. Levelers was something I was going to look at today. Great info. Where I have it parked right now isn't level and my front wheels are barely touching the ground if I extend.

Congratulations! Great looking unit. You will get many great ideas as far as maintenance is concerned here on FRF, but my suggestions is to get a camping log to record you adventures and experiences. Here's the one we have:

Happy Camping!
