Sunseeker electrical problem

Boy. Any help here would be appreciated. We have an electrical problem that at first involved the electric awning. Would not retract. Located the awning fuse in the panel beside the steps anticipating it would be a fuse. The 15 amp fuse was good. No power to the extend/retract switch. Used aux power to retract the awning. Checked voltages, and noted voltage on the supply leg of the fuse. Reinserted the fuse, and could measure voltage on the downline side as well. However, nothing on the J3 terminal to which the brown wire is connected. I am assuming this should be hot with the fuse in position. Any thoughts?
