Sunseeker Monitor Panel Problem

Hi everyone, I have a monitor panel problem. The tank levels, battery level indicator etc has quit working. I also think the prime for the generator is not working but it still starts. Water pump is not working. Everything else works.

There are no lights and the fuses are good on the WYFCo.

I have reset gfi in the bathroom.

Any suggestions? Need help on the road in PA. Large slide is working.

Could it be low battery voltage output? I'm connected to shore power right now at a KOA.

Ground problem? Or just a bad panel?

Anyone else had this issue?

I have a 2012 3010ds. Thanks for any help.

I thought the panel was just a switch holder. Check your 12volt fuses in the 110volt panel and check the 110volt breaker for the WIFCO. The WIFCO is plugged into a 110volt outlet. It is possible that it has loosened in the outlet. Also, check your 12volt cutoff. Mine is red on the left side of the step well. Let us know. You can check your batteries with a volt meter.

From your description it sounds like your 12V system is down, are you plugged in and if the microwave is face lighted you have 110V power. it may be the 12v side of your converter has gone. To get you buy if it is the controller you can use a 12V battery charger plugged into you 110V outside outlet and connected to the coach batteries to give you the 12V power you need.

That is your converter that changes 110v to 12v to run things, there should be a circuit breaker for it

It is a brand name as far as I know. It is the original equipment installed by the factory.

Another beand is Progressive Dynamics. If and when your WFCO converter dies replace it with a progressive dybamics converter unless you plan to get a different RV.

Everything else works. All the dc stuff is working fine. Lights, fans you name it no problems.

Outside light. Kitchen living room cutoff switches for lights works.

Only problem is water pump and the tank levels.

Is there a fuse somewhere for this stuff?

Look on the main power panel, which has both the 120 volt breakers and the 12 volt fuses. I think the convenience panel fuse on our Sunseeker is marked "Monitor".

In some occasions this type of monitoring panels are using the «return to ground» technique; i.e. the switch is providing the connection(or completion) of the circuit to the ground.

So, check if you have a solid «gnd» connection to the panel.

A multimeter is the best camper friend !

So I got a multi meter and I'm reading 13.14 volts on each battery disconnected from the pedestal.

With the cheap battery tester I got, I only have 1 ball floating but I'm not sure the thing is right.

I'll disconnect the panel tonight.

I had a similar problem it turned out to be my hitch moved and pinched my ambicil cord and the only thing that worked was the slide out.

Hey everyone, I found the issues. Finally, with the multimeter I checked everything and all was good. Batteries are going bad though. So I took he monitor panel off their wall again. This time one of the slide connections broke off.

So I went to ace hardware and picked up those type connections.

You can see the break. Also the water pump was loose in its socket and the power to the level panel was disconnected.

I got it all partly temp and partly permanent repaired. When I get home , I will redo the connections one by one.

Basically it looks like it's just being jostled apart. But I think they could have done a better job on the attachments.

Thanks all!
