Sunseeker side view camera

How do you remove moisture fom the inside on side view cameras it is there every time it rains or is it something dealer should do its a new 2015 3050s dealer didn't fix last time had dried out by the time they looked at Thanks Boso

Side view cameras

Both my cameras fog up but not the back it is clear as it can be I do use my side cameras when they work maybe somebody will have the right answers Boso

I think they meed ro ne replaced under warranty. There should not be condensation inside the lenses

Definitely sounds like replacement is needed. We have a 2014 Forester 3051S and haven't had any problem.

Side view camera

Rained Saturday 0% visibility Monday 100% clear Tuesday I don't understand how it clears that fast from0% to 100% clear Boso

Wondering if the seal isn't tight. It fogs up easily and clears once there's air movement -- just like a windshield.

That very well could be but how do you get into the case that holds the lense seal I m sure I could figure out but don't want to ruin warranty if it is more complicated than I think it is

Can you create the same 'problem' rain makes by using a water hose? Was the temperature warm or cold during the rain? The dealership will have to replace the seal or the whole mirror, because it can't be good for the camera for this to be happening.
