Sunseeker storage with or without a cover

Are there any real advantages covering a Sunseeker during a Wisconsin winter?

It does keep the sun and weather off your finish and plastic parts, on the other side covers if not fitted correctly can rub on that same finish. If I didn't have inside storage for my rig I would cover it here in Idaho

Cover mine in Southern New England, with all kinds of winter weather I'd rather have an extra layer of protection. !/2 doz tennis balls on spouts and awnings helps keep the cover from tearing

I'm going to suck it up and build an RV port at the farm where I store mine the Farm owner is going to share the cost
My rent is cheap and to store elsewhere under cover is an expense I will recover in about 1.5 years

We cover ours in SW Ohio , not much snow but ice and windy mess. Much easier to clean up in the spring .
