Sunseeker Support

Had a relatively minor issue that led me to FR support. Very pleased to report that Travis and Brittany were great to work with and couldn't have been more helpful. I sent an email, Brittany replied almost immediately with an explanation of how my concern would be handled and by whom. Within an hour Travis responded had the issue behind me.
An excellent experience from a job well done!

Good to hear! I think it was also Travis who was kind enough to forward me an instruction manual (via email) that I was missing.

Not my experience. I sent an email to Sunseeker tech support off of their web site 2 weeks ago concerning slide out alignment, still have not heard a peep!

I would've sent a follow-up reminder every day. Sometimes emails get missed.
