Sunseeker sway bars

I just returned from a 12 hour trip to Myrtle Beach. While driving through the mountains I was going 10 to 20 mph under the speed limit because of the sway. Has anyone installed upgraded sway bars on their sunseeker?

Yes and motorhomes have sway bars. Just like most trucks and car also have them.

Yes it's a motorhome. I've read that the stock sway bars do very little, which after my trip I agree. I was wondering if anyone has upgraded their sway bars or added anything else to help with the sway. I've read about track bars as well. Has anyone installed one? I need to do something because when semi trucks pass me I get pushed over a good foot or two. And slight bends in the expressway are very stressful. Thanks for any help/advice.

I have heard of people changing out sway bar on Solera and the bragged about how much it helped.

I changed out mine on a 2007 2860 DS. Made a huge difference. I did them myself not a huge job but still a job. Did the front one first and had an alignment. Took a short trip and decided to do the rear too. You will enjoy the difference they make. If you DIY being level side to side and front to rear is critical.

The Hellwig bars are a true bolt on job. Had to call for some clarification on one thing and as soon as the light dawned it was simple. Hellwig also has downloadable instructions on their website if you want to take a look before you leap.

You might consider replacing the stock shocks with Koni or Blistiens. Be aware that the fronts can be a bear to do, I had a local shop do mine for $30 and they said never again.
