Surround system speaker

Looking for ideas on the surround system. 2014 Sunseeker, didn't notice the drivers side rear surround speaker has no sound. I adjusted the sound fields on Magnadyne, no luck. Just hear the sub hum. When I switch to the right side, or any other speaker it works fine. Could this be a bad radio?

I would guess bad wire connection first. Have you checked behind the head unit? Not saying you haven't lost a channel but being so new I would check all of the wire connections first. Even to the back of the speaker. If there is slack in the wire it could have come loose in the speaker inclosure itself.

Haven't checked behind the head unit. I was wondering if the head unit wire harness supplied the power sub, then all the satellite speakers ran from the sub? Or directly from the head unit. Not sure how to remove the ceiling speakers. Ian have to have the dealer try to fix it with other items at the end of the month. I was hoping for a quick fix.
