Ford or Chevy chassis? I have not had any issues with my Chevy. There have been some discussions about Fords. You might do a search to find the threads.

Possible alignment issue? There is also a post in here about alignment specs. We fould they needed to be aligned with about 2,000 miles on them so that the chassis has time to settle.
