Thermostat Problem

The thermostat in our 3170ds will not let use increase the setting past 32 degrees? Does anyone know why this is happening? The furnace heat comes on and it is warmer than 32 outside.

Check the settings

X2 That.
The thermostat can be programed to read in Celsius.
Forgot how to check/change that setting but the web site for that model has instructions.

I made this mistake also. If you hold down the + and - buttons at the same time and hold it will switch back to Fahrenheit.
