Two questions on 2250s

1). Is it better to run the generator with the door open? Wondering with the warmer weather now.

2). Having a leak under the shower. Drain is dry on outside and it is coming from under the enclosure not under the door. Stumped on where its coming from. I don't want to take it to the dealership and loose it for a month when I need it.

Thank you!!!!!!!!

To your first question, maybe somebody has an actual yes/no answer but we have never opened the door by the generator. We sit at hot race tracks and leave it run for 72 hours straight with temps well over 100 degrees. I do change the oil more often then recommended though.

Cool thank you. We are starting the hot track season with this for the first time and just don't want to break it.

Shower...run a bead of caulk where the shower pan meets the surround where it meets the shower door. If the unit is not perfectly level, I have seen water run on the lip of the shower pan...run towards the door and it gets out at a little notch in the "collar" of the shower pan. Just gush a little in that corner so the water runs back off the shower pan lip and back into the shower.

Thank you going to do that ASAP. We do not want water damage in the first six months.
