Water Filtering

Hope this is not a silly question:
We have a 2013, 3010DS
Is all the water going to the kitchen, bathroom faucets and shower go through the "On Board" filter ?
In other words is all "In Coming" water filtered though that filter?

Not familiar with your exact model but on ours and many others I have seen, the answer is yes...filter is normally right after the pump so any water coming from your fresh water tank goes through the filter right after the pump and the city water connection coming into the trailer is normally teed into the filter right away....I would imagine yours is hooked up the same way.

Yes the water from the on board tank or if on city water is supposed to go through the filter. However I being curious followed all my piping and discovered that when on city water the filter was bypassed. I consulted the piping diagrams that I got through my dealer and determined they took a shortcut at the factory, left a line out and plumbed it differently than the design drawings called for. FR agreed it was wrong and would have fixed it but I did it myself as the gas and time to take it to a dealer was much less than my time and costs to do it myself. Long story but hopefully my issue was one of only a few (however I did see 2 others with the same issue) and yours will be correct but you won't know for sure unless you check the piping configuration.
