Update: Krenek RV took care of all of the issues in about two hours while we waited. Ken and Earl couldn't have been nicer.
They resealed the cab; they found some small gaps. They are asking Forest River to replace our water-damaged cab mattress.
They also found that the water filter case was cracked, so they replaced it. That's why the storage bin kept filling with water.
We also found that the screws on the seal around the bunkhouse slide were coming out. They resealed and put in new screws.
Lastly, they are requesting a mattress replacement from Forest River for our Sealy mattress. When we took off the plastic, we found a 6- to 8-inch tear underneath that had been hand stitched rather shoddily. Here's hoping they do that since it was an unpleasant surprise.
Hopeful that takes care of all the issues! So far, very happy with the unit. We drove it yesterday n high winds, sleet, rain and snow. That was not fun at all.
Today, sitting at the local KOA, reading and relaxing.
