Water on floor

I have a 2007 Sunseeker motor home on the Ford 350 frame. I have had it only a year. I filled the fresh water tank and when I came inside there was a lot of fresh water on the floor by the bedroom door.
Is there an overflow hose that may have been disconnected and if so where would I look for it?

We just had ours in for a similar situation. The fill tube had a split where it passed through a wall. They spliced in a section using a barbed inside coupling and hose clamps. The fitting came from an 1-1/4" irrigation application.

It could very well be a vent issue also , just dig-in and look for the source.
