Cool Water shut-off valves

I had the toilet water valve fail on my 2013 2860 this last weekend. I will admit it was probably my fault when I winterized.
This was an easy fix once I got the part. My gripe is not having shut-off valves for the various water outlets..sinks, toilets etc. When the toilet water valve failed I had to shut the water off for the entire MH. Wife was not a happy camper for sure. I did look under the bathroom vanity and I did not see any attached to any of the zillion water lines. One would think this would be a no brainer or just common sense. Then again maybe there is a manifold someplace I missed.

Anyone else have factory installed valves in their rigs. I might have to get a bag full and install them as the vales or faucets fail...and I am sure there will be another leak sometime.
