What is this?

2017 Sunseeker 3050s, new to me...

Has a steel tube bar, 1"x 2", hinged on one end, screwed into the back under the rear window.

Any ideas?

Just a guess until someone who actually knows chimes in. Could it be for a portable grill?


It also could have been added by the previous owner for a toad or something.
