What is this ground wire to?

We were in the last 100 miles of our first big trip, 5600 miles total, and had a tire blow on our 2011 Sunseeker 3170DS, the driver side rear inner. In the blow out there was some damage but nothing too expensive or that I can't fix myself to avoid the ins claim that probably won't be more than my deductible anyway. Most of it was just the blow on foam insulation got rubbed off, the mud flap got ripped off and now there is a ground wire hanging loose. That ground wire is what has me perplexed. I can't figure out what it is supposed to be connected to. The end that is grounded to the frame is still attached and the other end has part of the metal connector still attached but I don't see where it came from. I wrapped it around the springs so it won't drag. I think I have turned on everything in the MH and everything seems to be working that I can test even the bigfoot leveling system. The one thing I can't test is the arctic package.

Can anyone give me a clue as to where this need to be reattached to?
