What type of screw holds on water heater bypass valve handle?

While winterizing my RV, one of the water heater bypass valve handles came loose. It is still attached but lets the handle move without turning the valve. I didn't have time to try to figure out what type of screw head is used to hold the handle onto the valve. Does anyone here know if it is Phillips (which didn't seem to work for me) or a Torx or other?
