What's this button do? 3170ds

Going on our second trip in two days. During first trip, I noticed this button, and forgot to ask what it is. On the left side just above the power mirror adjustments in my 2013 sunseeker 3170ds (Ford chassis), there is a rocker switch with a little red light on it. Can someone please tell me what that is for? Thanks in advance!

Note that unlike cars with heated mirror switches, this will stay on as long as you have the switch on. No automatic off after 10 minutes. This can be a good thing, but don't forget to turn off when no longer needed.

Really useful in heavy rain. Heated mirrors seem to stay dryer and gives a better view. They are not just for winter.

Too bad it does not work for the mirror mounted cameras. Mine tend to fog up after driving a few miles. Sorry, not trying to hack the thread.

Mine to. Think I will try the site saver eyeglass wipes on the rear camera. They prevent my safety glasses from fogging in the papermill. Hummmm.
