Mine is a lot older then yours, but is your fresh water tank under the bed? If so does the bed lift for access? If it does look for a valve on a hose coming off the bottom of your tank. Maybe somebody with a newer model can chime in but mine is on the inside under the bed.

Our tank is under the bed. Has a blue pex drain line that protrudes under the motorhome behind the right rear wheel. Can't remember but I believe our valve is in the bay behind the right rear wheel near the water pump. I honestly cant remember if there is s valve or a cap on that drain line. hadn't looked at it in a while. You should have 3 lines under the mh. Hot and cold low point drains, which just have caps on them, and the fresh water drain. Low points are usually next to each other. If I were home I'd snap a picture for you. You should be able to follow the drain line up. There are a few owners on here with that model. Maybe they'll read this thread and help you out better than I can.

We have a 2011 3100ss and the valve is located right next to the water pump behind the wall. In order to get to it, you have to remove a section of wall just to the left of the water filter. Valve is located in blue line coming from water tank located under the bed. Good Luck !

We have a '13 3100 too. Passenger side, storage compartment two forward from the back, open the little black door inside, valve is inside (along with the water pump).
