Where is the fresh water drain on the 2860DS?

I have looked but not found the fresh water drain on my Sunseeker 2860DS. Does any other 2860 owner know where it is?

Thanks.

On 2300 it is inside the passenger side storage compartment that is in front of the rear wheels. There is a black plastic door in the back of the compartment that exposes the water filter and pump. There is a valve on the blue water line. Open that and it drains out underneath MH. Yours may be in a slightly different location, but look in the back of compartments for a door covering water pump and filter. Or look underneath for a blue water line sticking down. Valve will be somewhere above that.

My 2860 drain is in that location
Second bin, rt side from the back
Little black internal door where filter and pump are located
Lines are directly under the coach in that location

Fresh water drain on 2860DS

Thanks,
We just took our 2860 DS Sunseeker out for it's 1st long trip and thought we should sanitize the fresh water tank soon.

Wanted to report back that the freshwater drain is where you said. Inside the basement compartment on the passenger side behind the rear wheel. I do have a another question now about the low point drains. Where the freshwater drain comes under the RV is another, red hose that is capped. I assume that this line, like my prior travel trailers, is the low point drain for the hot water lines. But what about the cold water lines? Does the freshwater drain act as the low point drain for the cold lines as well?

Send a message via Yahoo to bob caldwell
If your fw tank is empty, turn on water pump (if not hooked to city water) and see if you get usual water flow......yes, red is hot water drain.

Where is the fresh water drain on the 2860DS?

As a personal note
I had road debris crack the cap off of my red hot low point drain and the hot tank drained (air pressure flow over the open line sucked the whole system dry and mineral deposits splattered all over my trailer and stained it)
Not good if hauling a nice toad
Not really a big deal if you have the foresight to carry an extra cap but not knowing the tank was drained I could have burnt up my electric heat element also
I installed a shut off valve on the hot side (red hose) to prevent this from happening again
