Well that's a new one for me. Been winterizing for 18 years and have yet to own one that has a ice maker in the fridge. I guess I haven't been buying the high end units. I have purchased some in the past for around $40,000.00 and still had to buy ice. I've been cheated. Lol. Seriously I'm sorry for your troubles. I hope it's an easier fix than you think. Best of luck.

Flybob on my fridge , which is the same as the OP's, you have to trick the icemaker into a cycle by manually pushing the ice cube drum with a screwdriver if you want it to cycle thru while winterizing.

That is why I turned the compressor off. If it didn't cycle during the night, the tank would still be pressurized! If it is empty, so is the water line and solenoid.

Taking out the lines, unscrewing the solenoid on a residential reefer is really difficult since they are on the back of the unit, there is no access like there is with a propane RV unit and I wouldn't dream of sliding it out.

I have the same fridge also I blow my lines out don't use antifreeze. I just disconnect the ice maker line outside drain. After I blow everything out and clear pump and filter housing I let the fridge cycle for a day or so with no water to it. This is only the second year for me with sunseeker but no problems so far

Unfortunately there was nobody around this morning to help me and I need someone else to turn the water on while I watch. If I don't have anyone tomorrow, I'll go grab one of those hose shutoff thingies where I can control the water flow closer to me.
