Just my 2 cents worth but as a former flower child I like the busy colors and patterns. I'm on vacation traveling in a motorhome and want the place I'm staying to be bright and striking. DW would have wanted even lighter cabinet choices if they had been offered. Its all about a fun place to us.

I believe a person could make a very good living at reupholstering RV furniture.
Hmmm, may be my next business venture.

I agree with the suggestion of going with prettier solids in rvs. Most like to change out bedroom linen to make it more homey. I try to find as neutral an interior as I can so I don't have to go crazy staring at patterns. I have found the lighter solids open up the interiors and make them look bigger so we opted for a light blue quilt in our bedroom to do that. Neutral pastels are really good for this but if you want darker colors, burgundy and most shades of blue are good too. This would help set you apart in the industry.

voting for color
Hate the fabric very busy and looks like it would show dirt, dark leather is easier to keep clean.

Definitely the darker, not a fan of the print. I do like the colors in the design . . however when trying to match rugs, towels etc., it would clash. I would like to see brighter colors just a more "user friendly" styles. Seems all rvs use large geometric shapes, swirls. Let the owner make the motorhome their own kinda hard to add anything but solids when you have geometric shapes and swirls.

This is this woman's opinion. Hate the pattern! The dark leather would be fine with the color scheme. I do not like that all the trailers out there have dark colors now - black, gray, browns. The neutral tan walls are fine, but don't like most of the borders. Why add a border, anyway? I'm sure that no one wants to go back to harvest gold, avocado green, dusty rose, or country blue, but going with a more current house-like color palate would be lovely.

We no longer add border. We do a stone or stainless backdplash.
As for leather. Just remember. I do three colors. We will have a lighter shade, a medium shade and a dark shade so that we cover all tastes.
As for colors. We would love to incorporate more color but color is very polarizing. We sell to people anywhere from 30's to their 80's. So neutrals will rule the day. For every color someone LOVES there will be someone that HATES it.
We do plan on more solids. The Taupe color in the Forester is tone on tone. It's a very light pattern in a tan with a dark leather. We also run more leather than fabric, so the fabric is only on the winds treatments and dinette back. Sofa is solid, dinette seats are solid.
I've got a good idea. How about we post something you DO LIKE. (House, RV or fabric print) Let's get opinions on those posts and see if we can find a consensus or direction. Just remember, unlike a house we can do 9 different fabrics in a room. We're sort of limited to Main (leather) Main (fabric) & an accent.
Ready GO!

Can't stand the print, like the three leathers. I bought the rattan in the 2014 3170ds but slip covered and re upholstered ALL the ugly print with solid tooled fabric to match the cording, and put light suede in bunk area. In MHO the solid neutrals are much easier to deal with-I accented with deep red and gold I throw rug, etc. Please get away from the ugly busy prints! Two shades of solid are all you need. Then people can add any color!

I don't care for the pattern. It looks a bit like a checker board--at least the kids could use the cushion for a game.

I like your most recent picture as that creates open and airy and I can add my own color accents. I wish I could show you a pic of my new bedspread i used to lighten up the bedroom in my Sabre but it's at the shop right now.
