Adding albums

I tried to add an album and can get the title and description to go, but it will not allow for adding pictures. Anyone else had this problem or is it just a fluke?

I just try to create another album and didn't have any problems. I got to ask - are you selecting the correct album title to add the pics to and is there an "upload" button? Since you already have albums created it most likely not user error. I will take another look at it after I finish packing up the trailer but

It doesn't give me an option to add pictures. I will try again.

Click on Photos tab
-> "My Albums"
-> Scroll down to the title of the album to add pics to
-> Click on "Upload photos"

It looks like you can more than one pic at a time but I add each pic one at a time. I haven't figured out the trick to do more than one pic.

Added title and description but no button to add photos, just an edit album which will allow me to change title or description, but no where to add photos.

I have found out there are more than one way to add pics. Maybe it would be easier if you tell me what steps you are taking so I can track your steps to see what's going on.

-> Click "Photos" tab on top of page.

-> On right side down of the screen down a little way you should see "Upload Photos". Click on Photos.

-> Now scroll down to where you see the following line: "Select the photos you wish to upload from your computer". This is in bold font. Now you should see "Browse" - click on Browse to open files from your pc.

Not getting that page. Just the one to add album and then it displays title & description. No where on the page is there anywhere to add photos. If I submit, it posts it saying no photos in this album and if I go into edit the album, there is not anywhere to add photos. This is the only page I get.

One thing is for sure....we are not on the same page (pun intended).

I'm still trying to figure this out but it looks like it will take time. It doesn't appear that you are using a mobile device to view this website - is that correct? Just trying to consider possible different functions of various Internet devices.

No mobile device, same Toshiba laptop I used to post the 9 albums in my profile.

The number of photos a member can add is 100. Any chance that you have already posted 100 pictures? You could try deleting one pic and then adding one pic to the new album to see what happens.

Just checked and yes, I have evidently reached the 100 photo limit. Thanks a lot, you figured it out what the help desk couldn't (or wouldn't)

Dunnnc, I think you might have been the first to run across this so I'm moving this thread to Forum Admin and Announcements so that others with this posting issue might be able to find it more easily.

Well, I am down to 96 photos and it is now preventing the addition of any more. I am re-booting to see if that will help. Terier did a fantastic job!

I can creat an album but it will not let me upload pics from computer. The button to choose files is not highlighted.

Evidently re-booting solved the problem.

papap - Just want to verify that you are not at the maximum of 100 photos stored. Do you get the page that Dunnnc got or does it look like mine?

I just checked papap's profile and he only has 2 photos logged against him, so that is not the problem.

Dunnnc - once you deleted some of the photos did you ever get the same page as I did?
