Adding Pictures

I have done due diligence (I think) in looking for instructions to add pictures on this site. I see the iCon but it asks for a URP (http:/....). Not sure how to use that URL to find a picture in my picture folder or iPhoto on my MAC. Isn't http://... just used for web images. How do I attach pictures on my PC or MAC?
Also is their a file size limitation?

If the HTTP is highlighted blue press delete key.
Right click on IMG, select properties, right click again select "select all", right click again press copy.
In the URL box mouse over right click select paste, select OK.

When you're in the message creation box, to attach a picture from your PC, click on the little paper clip. There you can browse you computer for the pictures. After you upload them, then you hit the paper clip again, and you can attach them to the message.

One thing to remember, if you are doing "Post Quick Reply", you have to go to "Go Advanced" to get the paper clip for attaching pics.
