I have had a few ask me to turn the adblocker off but I have never had a page not show the content. Do you recall the site? I would be interested in looking at it, as a web master I can request user to turn off the adblocker but never seen where you can block them from seeing anything.
An no I don't have ads on my page.

Now Aqua, that was the perfect response to a very funny question!! Back to orig topic;
I guess since the only local girl I'm interested in is the one I live with, and since her pic is not floating around the web, I'll say that the ads don't bug me at all. I see ads from Amazon a LOT!...lol and the occasional ad from truck dealers. Other than that, I see nothing distracting.

Flybob, I agree. I started this thread and, based upon the early responses I received, I installed "Adblocker." I am very satisfied. Instantly, instead of ads, I have white space. You can download it and, if not satisfied, get rid of it. If satisfied, it tells you that it comes on the Honor System and invites you to pay whatever you think it's worth to have it. Thanks to those on the site who helped!

Does the adblocker help with the scrolling screen? As I scroll down, a new ad will pop up and move me back to the top or up a few posts. Some of it is because my connection is a little slow at times, but if it will reduce or eliminate that it would be worth it. I end up clicking on things I sometimes don't want to. Also, sorry I took y'all down gutter lane.

I do not get what you are talking about, my page just scrolls as normal with no pop up ads. So I cannot say for sure it will solve the issue but I do not see it.
