Awful pop up ads...

Don't know if it's just my browser (IE 11 running on Win 8.1) but there are seriously annoying pop up ads coming up from the lower left corner that obscure forum content, sometimes while I am making a post.

And then the ad window is blank, the ad never actually appears, just the box.

Is anybody else seeing these and can they be stopped?

I consider this essential to any browser.
Easy to turn off for any site you need a pop-up on.

You shouldn't be seeing pop-ups. You may want to download malwarebytes (free) and run a scan. It sounds like you may have gotten cookied up with some adware...

here's a link: https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Firefox Browser. Microsoft uses Adsense in IE and Google uses AdChoice............Firefox blocks them all with Adblock Plus plugin.
