That's not how it works. Someone raises the flag and then the moderation team reviews to see if it is against the community rules. They can decide in favor of either person but it most certainly isn't a single jerk (me) who controls the show.
If you're curious, you can find the moderation team listed on the site in a link in a thread and you can review the community rules on every page of the FRF website at the very bottom in to green bar (app users have to use their browser to see them).
