Can you explain this?

I just logged in at 2130 hours CDT, the first time I have logged in since this morning. This "Welcome" message indicates that I last logged in at 20:08 hours this evening. I obviously didn't...at that time, I was on the phone, not anywhere near my computer.

This morning, when I logged in (about 0730 hours) it said that my last login was at 0215 today. I know for a fact that I was sleeping at that hour.

It is only my DW and me in this house, and she never gets on the forum. Likewise, I don't think my password has been compromised.

Can you tell me what gives with this?

Welcome, Capt. Mike.

If the difference between the time you logged in and what the system shows you logged in is consistent, it may be a disagreement between the time zone of the server and your local time zone.

If the system shows you logging in more frequently than you know you do, that's a different question about which I cannot offer a suggestion.

I don't have an answer for you Mike but I will say this, "You're traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That's the signpost up ahead - your next stop, the Twilight Zone!"

Chris,

It appears to show that I'm logging in far more frequently than I actually am.

And the difference between actual time logged in and the reported "last logged in" is not consistent, so I don't think it is an issue if my computer's clock being different from the server's internal clock.

Mike

Change your log in password from your phone or some other device than your normal computer. Don't log in from your normal computer use some other device and see if the problem goes away.
You might have a virus.
