Edit button gone?

I’m trying to delete a post of mine but I can’t find the “edit” button! I’m logged in and neither FR app nor webpage will let me do it!

Edit- funny the “edit” option shows here!

Mine is gone as well. It was there yesterday or the day before.

The edit button only appears for a set amount of time. That way people can't go back hours or days later and change something that would disturb the continuity of a thread.

If you pm me (or really anyone from the site team) the info, I/we can change it for you.

Edit Windows
Members can edit their posts for a finite period of time. Moderators can edit posts indefinitely.

Currently the edit window for members is 120 mins for posts and 5 minutes for thread titles.

The reason for the restriction on post edits is that sometimes a member may go back and change content after other members have posted. This can destroy the continuity of a discussion and isn't fair to other members. 2 Hours seems long enough to make factual corrections and if more are needed, you can either post an update or ask a moderator for help.

Ok. I get it now.
Well, i posted in the Vibe group with the thread “post a picture of your camper and where you’re from” by accident. Can an admin delete my post?
