Editing Signature
How do you change the "Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature No" to yes?

That would have to be changed by the Admin is charge of the forum software.
I imagine it is off to keep bandwidth usage down and/or to keep the server from getting cluttered.

Been there done that. Selected smallest size, uploaded, and kept it under six lines of text. In the upload page it shows as "selected image" But still not showing in signature.

We don't allow animated images in sigs for the reason listed earlier but I fixed your sig so that your image displays.
